Parkland Mall Gift Card can be purchased from the Administration Office during our office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
The Administration Office is located in front of Dollarama, next to Subway. Simply ring the doorbell and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Gift Cards are redeemable at most Parkland Mall stores and services including Walmart, Winners, Staples, Ardene, Skechers and The Keg. Stores that are not accepting Parkland Mall Gift Card are:
- Adam & Eve Barbershop
- All 2nd floor offices
- McDonald’s
SOME SEASONAL VENDORS MAY NOT ACCEPT OUR GIFT CARDS. PLEASE CHECK WITH SEASONAL VENDORS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

How can I pay when I purchase a Gift Card?
We accept cash, Visa/Mastercard and debit.
How do I use my Parkland Mall Gift Card?
Parkland Mall Gift Card is a form of payment for purchases in the Centre and should be treated as a VISA card. You simply present your card to participating Parkland Mall Retailers at the time of purchase, and the appropriate funds will be deducted from your card which will complete your purchase.
Where can I use my Gift Card?
Most of Parkland Mall retailers accept the mall Gift Card, including Parkland Mall Dental Center, Walmart, Winners, Skechers, Staples, Ardene, Stuffy Riders, Dollarama and much more.
Adam & Eve Barbershop, McDonald’s and 2nd floor offices DO NOT accept the mall gift card. Some of our Seasonal Vendors may not accept Parkland Mall Gift Card, so please check with the Vendor prior making your purchase.
How do I return something purchased with my Gift Card?
Retailers will need your Parkland Mall Gift Card in order to complete a return/refund. Please note that the Gift Card works as a credit card, therefore, the return will not show up on your card for 2-5 business days, after which, the full return amount will be placed back on your card.
What if I used my Gift Card and tossed it, but need to return something?
Please talk to the Retailer. They may provide a store credit for you
My card keeps declining.
If your card keeps declining, please try doing the next:
- Make sure the cashier processes it as a VISA credit card transaction.
- Check the balance on your Gift Card. If there are not enough funds, the transaction must be split where you will pay portion using available balance of your gift card and remaining balance using a different form of payment.
- Visit or call the Parkland Mall Administration Office at 403-343-8997. We will be able to look up what the issue is and help you to resolve it.
